A guided tour of Jean-Luc Brendel’s permaculture garden, followed by a five-course lunch at the Table du Gourmet, in Riquewihr, Alsace.

Enjoy a culinary experience in Alsace in rhythm with the harvests of the gardens at the Kobelsberg: first the discovery of the garden, then a seasonal lunch at the Table du Gourmet in Riquewihr.

The experience begins in our garden, which is cultivated according to the principles of permaculture.
Vegetables, kitchen herbs and plants grow here with the rhythm of the seasons.
On the tour you discover this living garden, its crops and the inspirations that feed our cooking.
The walk continues at the table, with a five-course lunch in which the produce of the garden meets the skill of the chef.

The voucher includes:
- a guided tour of the gardens at the Kobelsberg
- a five-course lunch from garden, lake and farm at the Table du Gourmet (drinks not included)
- a tasting of an iced tea from the herb herbarium.

Optional: a basket of vegetables picked that morning.
